Scale of Sound
Amplification is magnification. Scale of Sound is an evening of performances I curate that experiment with the ways in which amplification effects our perception of sound. Performers use anything and everything, including classical instruments, electric instruments, home made instruments, modular synthsizers, video projections, large format cameras, headphones, stories, installation art, voice, live soldering, and tape players. Big sound, little sound, and everything in between.
